Everytime I try to get to my hotmail account...all I can seem to access is the page where I log in! If I input my username and password in, it just has a blank screen sometimes, then sometimes it comes up with a "page cannot be displayed" message! I have two hotmail accounts and I cannot access either one! Recently, an error message came up and I wrote it down:

(header) iexplore.exe application error

(message) The instruction at "0x761024a6" refrenced memory at "0x7482322c". The memory could not be "read".

Click OK to terminate the program.

I keep on getting this error message when I try to access either one of my MSN hotmail accounts. The really strange thing, is that recently I completely reformatted my hard drive...BUT I WAS NOT BEING ABLE TO GET INTO HOTMAIL even before reformatting. So I don't know if it is the hotmail servers down or what is going on! But it has been like this for about a week now. Is anyone else being able to access their MSN hotmail accounts?

Here is my system specs:

I had that problem on my old computer. If I remember correctly it was a spyware problem. Try http://www.bulletproofsoft.com/spy-download.html Its a free trial that will also remove it. Remember to update it before running the scan. If it shows no results, you can also try putting in your XP disk and going to start, run, typing: sfc /scannow and then okay. This will reinstall IE.
