Store app isn't working for me.

I accidentally memory wiped my Windows 8 PC the other day (got just about everything back), and now every app that came with my PC except the Store app is gone. To make matters worse it refuses to work after i click on it: all I get is the loading screen, then it takes me back to the Start screen. So how does it work? Because this is actually my first time using this app, and I read online that this is bascially the only way to get them back. So any advice for me?


By the way, I used the troubleshooter and it says that the Store App is somehow corrupt...
