HELP!!!
Yesterday I was typing on my computer when I accidentally held down the shift key with my palm. A pop up came up which I misunderstood and now I can no longer type at all on my keyboard. I've searched every Microsoft help question, Googled, Facebooked and YouTubed for answers.
I've tried rebooting the computer, holding down the shift for 8-15 seconds, striking the shift rapidly five times, holding the shift down five times, refreshing the PC, turning the Sticky Keys on and off and NOTHING ha worked! Will someone please help a poor college kid out. I'm operating on Windows 8 if that helps. I don't have additional software so please don't recommend anything that will make me lose my documents/photos. I am fortunate to have a new computer but am somewhat illiterate about computer options. I'm desperate.
