My cursor does not move smoothly and seems to stick on active content. This is happening in IE10 and Google Chrome browsers but not on other applications like Word or Excel. This began after 3 updates on 3/15:
- KB 915597 Definition update for Windows Defender
- KB 2807986 Security update for Windows 7 x64
- KB 2809786 IE10 for windows 7 x64 based systems
I had the same problem after update KB2670838 Platform update for Windows 7 x64 on 2/27 which I resolved by un-installing that update.
I am running Windows 7 x64 and IE 10 (previously IE9) on a Sony VIAO laptop
