My computer's OS is MS XP Pro, and my Epson inkjet is connected directly to a USB port. Every other feature of my printer is working fine, as was my "Status Monitor" (showing all of my cartridge ink levels) until recently. Epson via phone and online
could only tell me that there is some conflict within my system (such as with newly upgraded anti-virus software) that is causing the problem. I miss the ability to determine when I need to change a cartridge.
Has anyone out there experienced this or a similar problem?
