startup menu invisible

I have copied some script to C:\Users\ {User-Name}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup once. But when i saw that extension was different I corrected it and was copying it again but i couldn't find that start up again, it's not visible. I have tried using a guest account but couldn't find the same. Help me
