Correct spelling is "Spoolsv.exe".

That said, I've no clue what is trying to start "Spoolvs.exe".

Spoolvs.exe is not a Windows file. The real thing is spoolsv.exe.

What you have is a relic of malware. Unfortunately, the removal process did
not quite eliminate all references to this fake file.

So, Windows is trying to load this malware, but cannot because the file no
longer exists.

You can start to fix the issue by looking in the startup area of msconfig.
