I have a DOS program (American Heritage Dictionary) which needs to be run in
full-screen mode to get the pronunciation font. Unfortunately my primary
monitor is oriented in portrait mode and as a result the program displays
sideways.
(1) Can one specify that the program is to be launched on the secondary
monitor, OR
(2) Can one rotate the DOS (full-screen) window so it displays correctly, OR
(3) (actually best) Can one specify that the program use its built-in
pronunciation font or a specific Windows font when it's launched in a window
rather than full-screen?
