I have a Sony laptop running Windows XP Professional. My Camera stopped
taking pictures. It takes the pictures when I run network smart capture
software but they are all blank! The sound works OK when I record a video
clip but there is no picture!
I reinstalled the software and updated the driver for the camera from the
Sony website but it did not help. Short of reinstalling all the system
software (and erasing my hard drive) is there anything else I can do?
