Sonos has released a new Controller app for iOS that brings a new design as well as a bevy of new features. The app has been available for beta testing on Android since March.

The app features an entirely new design that is split into three menus: music currently playing, what room it's playing in and music discovery for upcoming songs. The new version of the app allows you to easily create playlists from different streaming services, set multiple alarms and control the music playing in each room of your house from a single location. Also available is the ability to change surround sound settings for music playback.

Another major feature is universal search across streaming services and music libraries. To use universal search, just link all your streaming services, and Sonos' Controller will do the rest. you can search artist, album, song, and more, and Sonos will search across all available services and show you the relevant information.

The app is compatible with iOS 6 and above, and is available for download in the App Store.
