Hi! I want a software program that will find every registry entry that a software program puts in my registry.
I want it to make a complete list of all the entries that I can delete after I uninstall a program I no longer want on my computer. Is that to much to ask for? Wise uninstaller and Revo and all the other uninstallers leave registry entries behind after you use them to uninstall a program you no longer want. If you install and uninstall a lot of programs, these left over registry entries will build up over time. I know you can use a virtual machine to test software.I'm talking about a program you have installed and have been running, but now you no longer want that program. Sure you can go into Regedit and use the F3 feature to find and delete these left over registry entries.
That will work, but that's very time consuming. I just uninstalled Paltalk with Wise uninstaller. It left 50+ registry entries still installed in my registry. I don't want them in my registry. I have a program that will do this, but it's tied in to a registry cleaner, and this forum doesn't approve of registry cleaners. I don't approve of registry cleansers either. I want to make that perfectly clear. I use Search Everything to remove all left over folders after uninstalling a program and it does a great job.
Do you have a program that will find left over registry entries after you uninstall a program?? Well then create one, you will be a millionaire.
When I get bored, these things occupy my thoughts so I post them here on Free PC Help Forum and get in trouble!
