smartgame popping up SOS help

have a site http://smartgame.uni.cc/ starting up automatically at regular
basis

I can't get it out of my computer, have tried Reg Doctor, kasperkey Av,
Ad Aware, Spyware Doctor

Nothing help and to reload my computer is so much work

Any one can help me please
