I have an old computer using Windows XP and I am using the latest version of Adobe flashplayer. However the videos are slow to upload and when they do run, it is stop and go streaming instead of smooth continuous action. And the audio is also the same: sometimes it's okay, but more times than not it is also stop and go. It doesn't matter what web browser I use (I switch between 2 of them), it all does the same thing. It there a way I can fix this stop and go action and be able to watch videos like they're supposed to be viewed?
