I hope I am putting this in the right place...I have a Windows 2003 Server
that is used as a Ter minal Server for 50 users...everyone can login no
problem and in a timely manner...when I login at the console or using remote
dekstop connection as Administrator it takes a very long time for the desktop
to load...any help is greatly appreciated as when users call for support and
we need to log in as Admin it is very frustrating to keep them on hold while
the desktop loads...thank you in advance!

Do you using roaming profile?
