Silicon Driver Causes Quicken 2005 To Crash

I've got a new issue on my system with Quicken. I have a Gigabyte 8KNXP motherboard. I have two RAID configurations running. I am using the Intel SATA RAID striped for my C drive and the Silicon 3112 mirrored for my D drive. On my last XP re-install I can't get Quicken 2005 to run with the scsiport.sys file associated with Silicon Image. I get the blue screen. If I disable the Silicon then Quicken runs fine. I've tried all I know to do.

Thanks, I took the easy way out and stopped using the drives on a mirrored raid setup. I'm using Quicken again.
