I am using WIN XP PRO SP 3,.0 32 bit....browser is Firefox, with Password Manager add-on....
I am asking this on the forum because I couldn't get into Microsoft Corp to look for advice, it wouldn't let me log in, I use this site a lot, as I like to see if there is a fix for my problem first. It just kept bring me back to the same page, asking me to sign in, no 'did you forget your password' or 'create a new account' on this page.....
What do I do now?
Mind you if there were another option other than to use Microsoft, I would be happy, as I find their instructions NOT very user friendly....but if I have a problem I feel obliged to start there, just in the vague hope it might help me.....Now it won't even let me sign in!! I have asked my question in another place, but, still, I should be able to log in, don't you think?
Anyone got an answer for this. Oh, BTW, Password Manager didn't use the saved password, I had to manually go into it & retrieve it & enter it in manually, just in case you were wondering...lol...grrrrr
