Sharing Videos, music and pictures on my sony Blu ray disk player

I have 3 computers on a home network 2 have windows Vista operating systems and one has windows XP pro. I have a sony Blu Ray disk player and can't share my computer with XP video,music and picture files on my Blu ray disk player in the network. I tried to turn on media sharing in wimdows media but it want list the player so I can connect to it. Please help.
