Whether it comes or not, I've forgotten, but you can download Sharepoint
Services from:

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/windowsserver/sharepoint/download.mspx
(free)

But if you are referring to Sharepoint Server, then you will need to buy
that:

http://www.microsoft.com/sharepoint/default.mspx
