I have email accounts with hotmail, aol, and yahoo.Friends could not sent any
mail to any of my account. The response they get is a failure notification and
for some ,permanet bounce.WHat is this? Why is it so?and WHat can I do to
solve the problem?

It sounds like a problem with their ISP--not Windows XP. That, or they have
bad e-mail addresses for you.

Can you successfully send an email to yourself using each account?

Turkey,

Are the friends using the same computer or same ISP?

Are you able to send anything to those friends from any of the accounts in order
for them to reply to them?

The messages they receive in reply are permenant fatal errors, correct?

Do they have your e-mail addresses correct?
