send/receive missing

Busslayer

Outlook 2003 lost the send/receive button. Already tried
tools,customize,commands,tools. The send/receive is not there to drag back in
place. Prior to this happening I was on the phone with our isp changing
passwords.

Best to ask the experts in an Outlook 2003 newsgroup.
