I had to reinstall XP, SP2. Now I need to reinstall SP3, IE8 and all security updates. Can I get these from Windows update, and if so, is there any particular order they should be installed?
When I go to Windows Update, I get an error message, 0x80244019.. Searching on this says I need SP3, when I go to windows update to get SP3, it gives me an IE8 update link. I'm not sure which sequence to update to SP3 and IE8. Thanks
