Security Update for Microsoft Filter Pack 2.0 (KB2553501) 32-Bit Edition

I have tried several times to update this and am getting an error 646. I have also tried the fix it many times.

I think my system is 64 bit - but I seem to have lots of updates installed for 32 bit.

can anyone help
