Hi I recently reinstalled Vista Home Premium 32-bit after installing a new
hard drive and I re-installed One-Care before validating windows so I could
restore files I had backed up and now after validating windows security
center is not detecting that One-care is running and is giving me an error
stating than no firewall malware blocker or anti-virsus is runngin.

One-Care reports that it is running and is disabling Windows firewall and
Defender.
I am currently using the One-Care 2.0 beta version

Is there a way to get Security center to detect One-Care again or should I
just tell it I have aprogram I will monitor myslef?

See this forum thread for instructions on how to repair the WMI database that is
causing this problem in the Windows Security Center -
