Secret to opening Microsoft software packages?

I've purchased three programs from Microsoft, now. The most recent being
"Office 2007". In every case getting the material out of the package has
been a problem. In all cases it has taken me over 5 minutes, and I have
only been able to do it by losing a few fingernails and destroying the
package. If this is high technology you can have it!

Does anybody know the secret?

FIRST... this isn't a Windows XP OS issue.

SECOND... you already posted this same question about a week ago.

My take: you're a moron.

The last Office 2007 package I looked at in the shop had clear (if
somewhat small) instructions printed on it. Have you tried following those?

Sharp knife to take the cellophane wrapping off - although if you did not
figure that out on your own - you may want to ask someone else to do that
part.

As for the CDs/DVDs - you press the 'center' area and it will usually 'pop'
the CD/DVD loose.
