Screen position

Geoplay

I was trying this afternoon to install Spybot S&D,and suddenly all the icons
and everything turned at right angles, do I am reading this Chinese fashion
up to down. Can anyone help to resore my screen position to what it should
be; it's giving me a crick in the neck!
 
Press Ctrl-Alt-UpArrow, or use the app in control panel for your display.
