I have found a left over scorpion cookie on my computer. I understand that this will be difficult to remove. It is not allowing my Internet security to update plus a few other programs cannot connect. I tried MS's solution, but could not access any properties of the cookie. How can I remove it? Has the harm that is done permanent?
