"Scheduled Task" problem: Status 'Could not run'

I've checked 'Troubleshooting' in Schedule tasks, and have noted the recommended action:
program /?, but don't know where/how to open the command prompt within the Backup Utility. Is this the correct approach for the problem?Thanks
