scanner driver

I downloaded my scanner driver from cannon but XP don't not
verify it cause the logo not approved...?

Are you sure you downloaded the correct driver for the OS you are using?

Yes from the canon site chacked 3 times

If you get a dialog box that says it is not approved there should be an option to install anyway. Click that option and it should install correctly.

Ok but then it warns me that it may cause trouble later ...?

That is a standard warning when you try to load install drivers that are not certified through Microsoft WHQL program.
