Same Windows Update keeps downloading!

Microsoft.Net Framework 4 on XP, Server2003, Vista, Windows 7, Server 2008 x86 (KB 2736428) keeps downloading on my Vista computer. I can I stop this? It will redownload every 15 minutes after I install it. I really need help on this one!
