Yes ... and No.
It depends on the graphics card in your machine. Virtually all of them will
output the video image via the S-video port, once it is probably configured.
Some DVD player utilities will autodetect if a TV is connected to the
S-video output and route the signal to that port. The problem is that not
all graphic cards display the whole of the alternate picture on the S-video
port, instead, the port is a moveable window on the larger viseo image.
You will need to check your documentation and find out what is output and if
any adjustment is possible.
