Open Windows Help (start, Help and Support) and in the search box, type
"system configuration utility". Once it's returned, in the Overview,
Articles and Tutorials section choose the "system configuration utility".
This will have a link for running msconfig.
All of the entries are also contained in the registry. msconfig is handy
if you're not sure what is loading exactly where, aren't really sure about
making registry changes, don't want to make permanent changes, or just want
to look in one place and see what's loading.
