Run defragger from command line?

Description of the New Command Line Defrag.exe Included with Windows XP
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/283080

Start, Run, type "cmd2 without quotes and hit ENTER key to get to
command prompt. Then type "defrag c: -f " and hit enter to defragment
the C partition.
