Is there any way of running Active Directory Users and Computers snapin from
my desktop so I don't have to log into the server everytime I need to make a
change to someones account?

Hello Bryce,

You just need to install the Adminpak.msi on your desktop PC. It can be
found on your Windows Server CD.
