automatic repair couldnt repair your pc
press "advance options"to try other option to repair your pc,or "shut down"to turn off your pc.

computer had windows 7 when i got it then i got windows 8..did not get dvd as i got it off the net
I then press Advanced options it then says choose an option
1. Continue (Exit and continue to windows 8)....Tried this goes back to as above could not repair
2.Use a device (use a usb drive, network connection or windows recovery dvd),.... did not get recovery disks
3.Troubleshoot ...Optionts when i click on Troubleshoot are
1.Refresh your pc...tried this get msg which says there was a problem refreshing your pc.no changes were made
2. reset your pc....tried this it says to insert windows installation or recovery media to continue,i dont have any of that.
3.Advance options...these are the options i get,
1.system restore (use a restore point recorded on your pc to restore windows)...tried says no restore points have been created
2.system image recovery (recover windows using a system image file)...tried says windows cannot fine a system image on this computer, attach the backup hard disk or insert the final dvd from backup set and click retry, alternativly, close this dialog for more options,
then i get screen which says SELECT A SYSTEM IMAGE BACKUP,i click next and get screen re-image your computer select the location of the backup fpr the computer you want to restore,if the system image is on an external device, attach the device to this computer.and then click refresh...under this it says, If the system image is on a dvd, insert the last dvd from the system image back up,click advanced to add a network location or install a driver for a backup device if it does not show in the list below.under this there is a box which has the headings LOCATION,MOST RECENT SYSTEM IMAGE AND COMPUTER...there is nothing else under the headings..there is an option to click advanced or refresh
if i click Advanced i get 2 options 1.search for system image on the network (connect to the network to find a system image that you want to restore.2.Install a driver (locate and install a driver for a device that is attatched to the computer but is not in the list of available system images......I Did not click on either of these options
went back to advanced options
3.Automatic repair (fix problems that keep windows from loading)...tried this goes back to Automatic repair could not fix my pc
4.Command Prompt(use the comand prompt for advanced troubleshooting)...tried that didnt know what to do
5.UEFI Firmware settings(change settings in your pc's UEFI firmware)...tried that screen comes up saying restart to change UEFI settings,i press restart screen comes up with all this stuff which i have no idea what it means
Aptio setup utility
heading are...Main,Advanced,Boot,Security,save and exit under this is

i didnt bother clicking on any other headings like advanced ,boot etc as i dont understand any of it after i clicked exit i went back to the advanced options again
last option is start up settings(change windows start-up settings)..tried that screen restart to change windows options such as...enable low resolution video mode, enable debugging mode, enable boot load, enable safe maode, disable driver signature enforcement, disable early-launch anti malware protection, disable automatic restart on system failure.....i press restart and yep u guessed it straight back to automatic repair could not fix pc
PLEASE i cannot afford to get this fixed as the manufacture said i will have to pay for it as it is a software problem,,,sorry its so lond wanted to give as much information as possible
