Require a device to log in

Is it possible to make Windows require a device, instead of a password at log
ins? (pretty much have a flash drive BE the password to log in)

I can carry the device with me, so, no one can hack in (by guessing my
password) and I wouldn't have to type anything. In case I do lose my device,
I can hide a password reset device somewhere around the house.

any help is appreciated

Pull your Hard Drive out, and take it with you!

You might be able to use BitLocker, if you are using Vista Ultimate.
