SP 4
In Windows Explorer Tools/Folder Options/View/Advanced settings: the check
box labeled "Show pop-up description for folder and desktop items" is
UNCHECKED. That is my default. It always has been since I installed Windows
2000.
But starting a few days ago, I now get a pop-up showing the filename when I
drag the cursor in COPY/MOVE operations with any type of file.
How do I kill this popup function?
Since the normal setting above does not seem to be working, is there a
registry key that controls this, or some other setting?
