remove entry from "right click" on a folder

I have no idea what what to call the dialoge box when doing a right-click
on a foler; I've installed ms's "open command window" which works nicely.
The problem is that corel's paintshop also installed a "start" entry in the
box of a folder using a right-click; same with ms's install of office ultimate
where the "groove syncro" is listed via the right-click.

Is there a way to remove both the groove & paintshop entries? I don't
wnat to use the right-click for either the ps or groove. In fact, what is
the menu box for the right-click called, options like everything is an "option"?

The easiest way to remove right-click context menu entries is with the
free ShellExView utility:
