Hi.
We have a Dell desktop that is a few years old, it has never done anything more than had Office installed on it to run a powerpoint presentation (al la a stat's screen). It's since been upgraded to a voicemail/data handler for our telecoms but for some reason RRAD was enabled and caused the SIP data to be re-routed incorrectly.
What I need to establish is when RRAD was enabled and by whom, can any of this be obtained? would there be any logs to show it was installed? anyway to get even just the date/time it was enabled? anything?
