remote keyboard for windows vista media center... help help

hi.

i just purchased remote keyboard for windows xp media center 2005,
and on the box it says that it's supports vista, but i can't get it to work!



help anyone??

What EXACT model of keyboard did you buy ?
Most of the Microsoft keyboards fully support Vista including the Bluetooth
and infrared ones.
You should also download the latest Intellitype drivers from
http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/mouseandkeyboard/Download.mspx

Which brand? Is it a Microsoft Hardware product? Have you checked for
updated drivers that support Windows Vista? Was the software installed
before connecting to Windows Vista?
