I am trying to share my scanner whilst using remote desktop. I have enabled supported RemoteFX USB devices on both machines so that under 'local resources' (more button) my scanner now shows up (under the 'other supported remoteFX USB devices').
However when I connect, only the printers show up in devices on the remote machine as redirected, no other devices show up.
Both machines are running win 8 pro with all latest windows updates installed.
I have checked on the microsoft website, and 'supported USB devices' are supported using remote FX for win8 pro.
What am I doing wrong?
