Our company has a line and uses 10 WYSE terminals. The terminals connects to
our Terminal Server and runs the program it needs to accomplished the task.
No input devices are connected to the terminals. Some times we have an issue
with one of the units and we are forced to drive to the location to find out
what the problem is.
When I use the Terminal Services Manager I am able to connect to the session
in question - for example the RDP-Tcp#242. When I right click on top of the
RDP and select remote control the system prompts the Remote control request
at the physical terminal asking for the user input and requesting the a user
entry for administration control. The user then must click on the yes button
to allow the administrator access tot he session.
The question I have is there a way I am to connect to the remote control
without any user intervention?

In a domain: In Active Directory Users and Computers, right click on the user
id and choose properties. Go to the Remote Control tab. Make sure "require
user's permission" is unchecked and you probably want level of control to be
"interact with... "
You can do exactly the same thing with local users.

If you want to set it server wide, you can set it with tscc.msc (Terminal
Services Configuration)->Rdp-Tcp->Remote Control tab
Thanks
