Windows NT remote access XP

I have very few technical skills and work at an agency that has no
tech support. I need to use the Remote Access feature in XP. We have
a Windows 2000 server.

Can someone help me with instructions for setting up the server
licenses.

If I have the wrong user group for this questions, could someone tell
me the right group to contact.

NOTICE: You do not need to install CAL's on License Server if you only
have XP Clients on your Environment. Only activate License Server you
can use the build -in License in Windows 200 Server.
