Hello,
I am looking for the name of the program/process/service that we used to use at my old job. I know it was a Microsoft utility for shadowing machines on our business network. People keep telling me I'm thinking of RDP, Remote Assistance, or VNC. I know for a fact that it's not VNC and that we usually downloaded it from a link they would send us for a MS download. Here's what I know/remember
The utility runs a little like RDP. You put in your network ID, password, and the remote computer name of who you want to shadow. When you click ok it notified the user on the other end that you want to connect. The reason I think it's not RDP is because we shadowed the user. I also don't think it was Remote Assistance unless this is a different way to run it because we didn't get all the borders and chat utilities like Remote Assistance has. In the look and feel it was RDP but in the way it worked we shadowed the user and had the ability to use the mouse and keyboard while looking at what they are doing.

Does anyone know what this is? Also I once again am stressing this is not VNC I'm thinking of.
