Reinstalled XP on Dell-no video controller?

I purchased a refurbished Dell Latitude 600 with an XP Pro restore
CD. On my device manager now, I have a yellow circle under Other
Devices - Video Controller (VGA Compatible). I'm suspecting this may
be why my DVD player won't work?

On the Dell website, under Drivers, all it has is an ATI driver
download (and a Roxio patch). Is this what I need? Or something
else?

ATI driver would be for your video.

What did Dell Support have to say about this?

Due to previous experiences with Dell support, I chose to Google and
ask here first! I hate trying to get answers out of someone who
doesn't understand English and only reads answers off a help screen,
but has no real knowledge of anything they are telling me.

Then I suppose you'd best try installing any available driver updates
offered *for your specific machine* at
