Reinstalled windows but OEM drivers Missing

Reinstalled Windows XP Home Edition, but the OEM drivers for Ethernet,
Network and Video are not installed. I cannot access the internet for
downloads, does anyone have an idea of what to do. The computer is a Dell
Desktop.

You can get them from the Dell website on the computer you are now using...
then burn the drives to CD

Several possible options. First, search high and low for the utility
cdroms that came with the Dell computer. Second, contact Dell and buy
a replacement set of the utility cdroms. Third, locate a high-speed
internet connection (e.g., public library, Internet cafe, etc.), go to
the Dell support site and download all of the utilities and updates to
a 2 GB jumpdrive. Good luck.

The Drivers for such things would have come on a separate CD called a
"Resource" CD or "Driver & Utilities" CD. If you don't know where this is,
you can download any drivers you need directly from the Dell website. Input
your 'Service Tag' into the website at http://support.dell.com and select to
download drivers. Choose those that you need and save them to something
(CD, PenDrive (ThumbDrive, FlashDrive), etc.) Install from there and your
god to go.
