reinstall realtek usb audio device

my usb audio device disappeared from my sounds hardware list and is gone in device manager. a kb update says i have latest update in sp3.how or where can i reinstall driver and/or software into my pc. i have win 7,xp pro ,sp3, 32 bit. help!!!!! *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
