Registry Editor, Command Prompt, Task Manager Disabled and Group Policy got error

When I back home from my 2-day trip, I visit my laptop and it completely went wrong!


Here it is

- Registry Editor is disabled by Administrator

- Commmand Prompt is disabled by Administrator

- Task Manager is disabled by Administrator

- Group Policy get "MMC could not create snap-in" CLSID: {8FC0B734-A0E1-11D1-A7D3-0000F87571E3}

- All Folder went "hidden" and create .exe Folder. Luckily those exe folder still enter the original folder


I cannot use the solution on the Internet because fixing CMD need Registry Editor, fixing Registry Editor need Group Policy.

When I try to adjust the Path environment Variables (fix Group Policy), still not have changed anything



So I am really appreciate if anyone has an idea
