RECYCLER Folder in all drives

I am using winxp sp2 and in all my drvs there is a RECYLER folder and in side the folder there is icon of recyle bin and the name is as S-1-5-21-842925246-1757981266-725345543-500. what is this and how to get rid from this problemI am a System Administrator at Vadodara
