recycle bin disappeared

Claduq

Cannot locate recycle bin, it completely disappeared. Went through all
programs, all files. Cannot empty either cause its not anywhere to see.

It's also possible that an update removed it. Open My Computer, C: drive,
rightclick 'RECYCLER folder, and 'create shortcut' on the desktop. If you
don't see that folder, set the system to show hidden files.
To display hidden files and folders
Open Folder Options in Control Panel.
Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
Double-click Folder Options.
On the View tab, under Hidden files and folders, click Show hidden files and
folders.
