I have a wireless optical desktop receiver with the standard wireless optical
mouse and the wireless multimedia keyboard. They were working fine for some
time now but is now causing a problem. When I press the button on top of the
reciever the lights rotate but once I press the button on the mouse or
keyboard the lights just go out. I thought there was something wrong with
the reciever but when I hooked it up to another computer it worked fine.
What could be wrong. I've uninstalled and installed it again but didn't
work. When I checked my device manager the mouse and keyboard is hidden. I
don't know if that helps to know that but I read that that could be because
of the drivers. Don't know anything about drivers. Please help. Been going
crazy. Thank you.
